The French 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 Bb4 for White repertoire. The author analyzes all the possibilities of Black. After 3..Nf6 4.e5 Nfd7 offers two options, namely 5.Nce2 and as an alternative 5.f4. After 3..Nb4, he avoids the proanalyzed continuations arising after 4.e5, but chooses 4.exd5 instead. The position is then symmetrical, but according to the author, White should gain a small advantage: Black Bishop is not well placed on b4 and White has a possibility of queenside castlide and attasck on the King in some lined.
